So for Easter (goodness, that long ago?) Tina and I made chocolate dipped orange sections! Okay, so maybe they were "Cuties" or "Halos" or whatever your store calls them. Those little bitty oranges that are so easy to peel and don't have much of that yucky white stuff on them.
We just peeled the oranges and separate the segments. When that was done, we melted the milk chocolate chips. Then dip away...
The chocolate did sweat, but they were delicious!
